Rachelle Kearl joined Proctor in November 2006 with a unique experimental style and unusual vision that makes her work truly remarkable. As a developing artist her style has diversified into the abstract expressionism. No longer painting for commission it has allowed her creativity and style to flourish, embracing the challenge to let the painting take the lead. A mother of four has also influenced her work, with the growth of nature a predominant theme, her work is fun loving and bold. An experiment with perception is one way to identify her pieces, a rebellion against conventional representation is another. She allows nature to bring forth its inspiration through organic shapes, colors and patterns, using the ideas these generate to create a textural representation that unearths itself to her.
